With $200M+ GMV and millions of fans worldwide, we're just getting started. About the Role Shotgun is hiring a Brand & Marketing Manager to own our marketing presence across the US. You'll be the person who makes Shotgun impossible to ignore in the American nightlife and live events landscape, building brand equity while driving measurable business outcomes for our organizer partners. This role sits at the center of brand, growth, and community. You'll develop and execute campaigns that grow Shotgun's cultural footprint, drive app installs and first-time buyers, and prove to promoters and venue operators that Shotgun is the platform that actually moves tickets. We're not looking for someone who can "do marketing." We're looking for someone who's been in the rooms, knows the scene, and can translate that cultural fluency into strategy and execution. What You'll Do Lead Social Media & Content Strategy - Own Shotgun's US social media presence end-to-end: strategy, content creation, community management - Develop content that resonates with nightlife and electronic music audiences, not generic event industry content - Build and manage a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms - Grow and activate Shotgun's local communities Run Paid Campaigns That Convert - Plan, execute, and optimize paid media
