We are looking for a Head of Accounting,consolidation & reporting to come onboard in our Finance Directorate in Claire's team : a team of 25 collaborators! [career path: Management ] Your Mission The Head of Accounting, Consolidation and Reporting is a senior finance leader responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, and managing the group's consolidation process. 1. Financial Accounting Leadership - Oversee the full spectrum of accounting activities across the organization. - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS and french local GAAP). - Supervise monthend, quarterend, and yearend closing processes. - Maintain robust internal controls and ensure continuous improvement of accounting procedures. - Build Labor Cost budget and forecast (Analyzing salary structures, labor cost trends, and variances). 2. Group Consolidation - Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the group. - Coordinate with subsidiaries and business units to ensure timely and accurate reporting. - Ensure consistency of accounting policies across the group. 3.
