Their mission: empower financial professionals to extract high-value insights from complex data through cutting-edge technology. ---------------------------------------- - ROLE OVERVIEW As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for all AI-related initiatives within the company. You will work on high-impact projects, from designing data pipelines to integrating LLM-powered features into production-ready products. This is a highly hands-on role with strong ownership and close collaboration with product and engineering teams. You will also play a key role in shaping the AI roadmap and laying the foundation for future AI initiatives. ---------------------------------------- - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Define and lead the AI/ML roadmap (model selection, fine-tuning strategies, RAG architectures, evaluation frameworks) * Design and deploy LLM-powered features (document understanding, financial data extraction, semantic search, AI-assisted analysis) * Integrate AI capabilities directly into the product in collaboration with product and engineering teams * Build and maintain robust data pipelines (training & inference) on a PostgreSQL / GCP stack * Evaluate tools, frameworks, and models (open-source and proprietary) based on cost-performance trade-offs * Ensure high data quality standards across AI systems * Guar
