The PXT Program Manager, Operational Excellence is a strategic leadership role within the OnePXT FRBE PMO. This position is accountable for defining and driving the strategy of complex, cross-functional PXT programs across the France and Belgium (FRBE) region, with considerable impact on Amazon's OneOps Business Lines and thousands of employees across multiple sites. You will operate with a high degree of independence in an environment of ambiguity - where business problems may not be well-defined and program strategies may not yet exist. You will drive clarity, influence without direct authority, and act as a force multiplier across the FRBE and broader EU PXT organization. You will regularly advise Senior Managers and Directors. This is a temporary assignment until Dec-26. Key job responsibilities - Define and own the strategy, mission, and management of large, complex PXT programs across the FRBE region - Lead the full lifecycle of cross-functional programs with considerable organizational impact, managing trade-offs between short-term needs and long-term strategic goals - Use data to drive decisions, influence business strategy, and shape resource allocation across teams and business lines - Identify, simplify, and eliminate excess process; create predictable process paths that increase team productivity and delivery speed - Negotiate priorities and resources across a matrixed organization; unblock teams and increase speed of delivery - Communicate effectively with Directors and Senior Management; write narratives (6-pagers, PR/FAQs) and build consensus among discordant views - Support works councils involvement on topics where required A day in the life As a PXT Program Manager in the FR PMO, you will be accountable for the strategic direction and delivery of c
