We are looking for the Regional Head of Pricing for Western Europe, with the mission to drive both market share growth and margin optimization. You will coordinate the pricing strategy for the Western Europe region (France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg). This position is based in Boulogne-Billancourt (92) with two days of remote work per week. What You'll do - Pricing Strategy: You develop and implement the regional pricing strategy and roadmap aligned with the company vision and global fair pricing principles. You define discount policies, commercial conditions and value-based pricing frameworks. You build pricing models tailored to products, services, and software solutions. You ensure price consistency across countries while integrating local specificities. - Omnichannel Pricing & Customer Segmentation: You design and manage a consistent omnichannel pricing approach (field sales, e commerce, shops, call centers). You adapt the pricing strategy based on customer segmentation and develop differentiated models according to buying behaviors, price sensitivity and margin potential. - Operational Excellence & Data Analytics: You develop and enhance dashboards, KPIs and predictive models. You lead pricing performance across the region's markets Organizations. You contribute to the deployment of commercial excellence initiatives (management of contracts and pricing exceptions, business reviews, salesforce training). - Leadership & Team Management: You structure, manage and develop a regional team of 6 to 8 Pricing Business Partners and Process Experts. You support the evolution and maturity of the pricing function across the region. - You possess strong market understanding (customers and competitors), monitor trends and proactively recommend adjustments What You'll Bring - Graduated from engineering or business school, with 5 to 10 years of experience in pricing, revenue management or business analytics
