Détail du poste YOUR OPPORTUNITY About the role : In this role you will be accountable to manage OnTrade related programs and execute them focusing on French on trade customers. You will be in charge to develop customers preference for our brand portfolio, working in partnership with the KAMs.Your knowledge of the on-trade business and consumers' insights and your customer focus will be key to succeed in this role. Your ability to manage multiple projects at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working seamlessly within the matrix, in particular with the Customer Marketing team, Consumer Marketing and Commercial teams. RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART - YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE: - You will build and develop best-in-class Category Development capabilities for your customers that will enable us to win market share. * You will deliver with excellence the key customers meetings: Revue de marché & d'innovation, Point performance à date etc.. - You will be responsible for identifying categorial development opportunities for your customers. - You will analyze the performance of Bacardi on the on-trade channel with Nielsen CGA and strongly collaborate with marketing team to understand brand performances and put into place boost plan *You will ensure sales field team has all the tools they need to deliver perfect execution at regional wholesalers and point of sales * You will develop and manage customer activations (specific promotions, brand visibility on catalogue etc..) * You will manage directly a one-year alternant.e In this role, you will primarily be based in Saint-Denis' office where you will be working with multifunctional team colleagues.
