The Mission: Turning P2P into a Performance Engine As the Group Process Owner (GPO) for Purchase-to-Pay, you are the architect of the entire spend lifecycle for direct and indirect purchases. Your mission is to standardize, simplify, and automate processes across our global entities to ensure seamless operations and consistency between Sourcing-to-Contract strategy and Accounting Reality (AP management). Your Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Roadmap: Define and drive the P2P vision globally, ensuring alignment with our digital transformation goals and external benchmarks. - Process Standardization: Design and deploy a harmonized Core Model to eliminate local silos and drive global efficiency. - Tech & Innovation: Lead the optimization of our tech stack and leverage AI for touchless invoicing and fraud detection. - Governance & Change Management: Empower local process leads, exchange with high-level stakeholders (CVOs, Procurement Heads), and foster a culture of "Right First Time." Build and animate a global community of Local Process Owners; you are the face of P2P transformation. - Performance Monitoring: Own global KPIs-such as PO Compliance, On-Time Payment, and Cost per Invoice-to track ROI and operational health. Beyond KPIs, you focus on working capital optimization (Early Payment Discounts, DPO management). - Sustainable Procurement & Compliance: Embed CSR criteria and internal control requirements into the spending workflow - Masterdata governance This role reports to the Head of Financial Operations, Julie Ledreux, within the direct scope of Florent Guieu, Global Head of Finance.
