Segment: Royal Canin Type of contract: Permanent As SRM Manager, you will translate regional value creation strategies into concrete commercial impact at market level. You will lead pricing and promotional frameworks, steer trade investment allocation, and actively challenge commercial plans to maximize value creation across the P&L. Acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance and Demand teams, you will influence key decisions throughout the annual planning cycle and represent SRM in S&OP forums. Your work will directly shape revenue growth, margin performance and long-term competitiveness. What are we looking for? - You bring 3+ years of experience in FMCG, ideally at the intersection of Sales, Finance or Demand, with exposure to revenue management topics. - You have solid hands-on experience in SRM or Revenue Management, and understand pricing, promotions and trade investments levers. - You combine strong analytical skills with real business proximity, turning data into clear commercial recommendations. - You operate confidently in English & French, and can influence stakeholders across local and regional environments. - You thrive in cross-functional settings and know how to challenge while building alignment with Sales and Finance teams. - You are comfortable working independently and driving topics end-to-end with high ownership. - You simplify complex concepts into pragmatic action plans that teams can execute. - You actively drive change, challenge the status quo and mobilize teams behind clear growth ambitions.
