JOB DESCRIPTION Today we're looking for a software engineer who will join the Member Life Cycle - User Engagement team TASKS - Develop new features across APIs, background workers, importers, schedulers, and event-driven services. - Integrate with internal and external platforms through HTTP APIs, messaging systems, and data pipelines. - Ensure code quality through clean design, code reviews, automated tests, and observability best practices. - Contribute to the reliability, scalability, and performance of distributed applications running in production. - Work closely with Product, Data, and other engineering teams to refine needs and turn them into robust technical solutions. - Write clear technical documentation and share knowledge with the team. - Handle the technical interviews with other developers willing to join . MUST HAVE skills - 5+ years of experience in backend software development. - Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET. - Solid experience building and maintaining APIs, asynchronous processing, and distributed backend systems. - Good knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, especially PostgreSQL and Cassandra. - Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. - Experience designing and troubleshooting integrations with external/internal services over HTTP. - Strong focus on code quality, including unit tests, integration tests, and production readiness. - Comfortable working on systems with concurrency, resiliency, failure handling, and operational constraints. - Fluent in English. - Pro
