Within a dynamic and demanding international environment, our HR department supports a population of over 1,000 employees based at the Group's Headquarters in Marseille. Made up of 5 Senior HRBPs, the team plays a key role in employee development, managing business transformations, and implementing an ambitious growth strategy. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? - You will assist in the development and implementation of the HR strategy for the Business Shipping scope (Lines and GEN), supporting a team of 5 HRBPs - You will support the HRBPs with their operational requests - You animate and monitor the intern/apprentice community to ensure their proper integration and well-being within the company - You participate in conducting transversal HR projects (Training Plan, Group Job Referential, engagement, onboarding, etc.) - You will take charge of HR monitoring activities for the team, e
