THE ROLE The apprentice will join the Group HR department and report to the Group Internal HR Communications Manager, contributing to the design and deployment of HR communication strategies across all Monnoyeur entities worldwide. This is a high-exposure, international role at the heart of the Group, where you will work closely with HR leaders, communication teams, and stakeholders to ensure key initiatives are clearly understood and adopted across 25 countries. YOUR MISSIONS Content & Editorial Production - Design and produce high-quality editorial content for Group internal channels (intranet, newsletters, SharePoint) - Draft impactful communications for HR initiatives (announcements, campaigns, leadership messages) - Create visual and video assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite - Develop and structure communication toolkits and templates for HR projects Campaign & Project Coordination - Contribute to the planning and rollout of internal HR campaigns across multiple entities - Coordinate with local communication relays to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging - Track performance of communication actions and provide clear reporting and recommendations - Take ownership of selected communication deliverables within broader HR project Eve
