Explore your future career Growth doesn't happen by accident-it happens because of people.As our new Talent Sourcer Intern, you'll be at the heart of our expansion, hunting for top-tier talent and crafting a candidate experience that people rave about. Key responsibilities - Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and our careers website. - Market Research: Conduct market research to identify talent pools and understand industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies. - Partner with TA Managers to understand hiring requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly. - Screen and assess potential candidates to ensure a strong fit before passing them to TA Managers. - Act as the primary brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate receives timely feedback and a seamless transition from first contact to the TA Manager interview. - Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sourcing activities. - Manage the end-to-end candidate scheduling process, coordinating interview loops between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and professional interview experience. - Event Organization: Organize and participate in events such as job fairs, career fairs, and forums to attract top talent.
