Explore your future career As a Data Analyst, you will be specialized in the transaction experience scope, you will provide insights, analysis, and data products to optimize payments, financing, and compliance. Your projects may include tracking payment costs, improving payment performance, assessing default risk, automating finance operations, and enhancing compliance through dashboards and automation.You'll play a key role in driving efficiency and supporting the finance team with reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities - Partner cross-functionally with product and business teams across the marketplace to deeply understand product performance through strategic analytics, structured deep-dives, and actionable recommendations. - Build and deploy robust data products, advanced dashboards, and A/B testing frameworks to directly measure the online performance of our new matching algorithms. - Evaluate the concrete impact of major new features and releases, with a specific focus on optimizing conversion and opportunity creation rates around our AI search tools. - Empower stakeholders across Malt to quickly answer their own data questions by designing high-quality, ground-truth datasets, foundational metrics, and clear self-service reporting layers. - Develop internal tools and training that foster autonomy for
