Operating in over 160 countries, we strive every day to provide our customers with exceptional levels of performance and protection The Business Process Owner (BPO) - B2B platform is the long-term business owner of our global B2B e-commerce Platform, a major and strategic tool, channeling a significant part of the company's global turnover. Your role : · Define the business scope, objectives, and priorities for the B2B platform, ensuring a strong understanding of the needs of the different B2B customer segments. · Ensure that the platform strategy and roadmap support overall business objectives and commercial priorities. · Collaborate closely with IT, internal business teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. · Establish governance for platform management and builds a community of key users across the organization to support adoption and continuous improvement. · Own the business product vision and roadmap for the global B2B platform, prioritizing business features and enhancements to drive customer engagement and value. · Lead the business deployment and adoption of the platform globally across Business Units and customer channels, ensuring alignment with business processes and an optimal user experience.
