Role Overview We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Central Recruitment Team, based in our Challenger office in Paris. The role will support the delivery of recruitment activities across international projects within the Civil Works division, with a particular focus on nuclear, while also supporting local hiring needs in France. Working closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and the wider recruitment function, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and consistent recruitment processes across multiple geographies. Main Responsibilities Recruitment Delivery - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across international and French-based roles, from requisition through to onboarding - Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements - Source, screen, and assess candidates using a variety of methods (direct sourcing, agencies, job boards, networking) - Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle Stakeholder & Process Management - Work closely with hiri
