Explore your future career As a Senior Fullstack engineer at Malt, you will join a specialized squad (composed of Software engineers, Product Designer and Product Manager). Each squad is responsible for a specific business domain and will handle the full development cycle. You'll go beyond coding, you'll apply your product-centric mindset. You'll be instrumental in shaping features from conception to deployment, ensuring they align with our users' needs and our business goals. Key responsibilities - Collaborative Product Leadership: You'll establish a strong partnership with Product Managers and Designers to translate user needs into innovative technical reality. You thrive in the creative process, confidently challenging ideas and co-creating elegant solutions that directly solve end-users problems. - Take the lead: You'll own your features end-to-end.
