We are looking for ATR's Head of Ethics & Compliance and Export Control and Chief Compliance Officer to come onboard in our Corporate Secretary Directorate in Rahul Domergue's team : a team of 50 collaborators! Career path: People Management Your Mission You shall implement all necessary actions to ensure the highest ethics and compliance standards. You will be in charge of the management of Export Control, Ethics & Compliance matters, ensure compliance with national and international laws and regulations for ATR and its subsidiaries; ensure awareness and provide training on the above matters. You will manage a team composed of five employees. Your main activities will include: Management of the Export Control, Ethics and Compliance matters for ATR and coordination of subsidiaries for the same matter; structuring of the Export Control and Ethics and Compliance systems and organization in ATR and its subsidiaries. The CCO notably: - Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
