Your missions : - Define quality goals and strategy for the offer and validate it through the definition of "Done to reach Customer" promises, all that supported by Agile approach. - Ensure that risks are identified, shared and actions are done to mitigate them. - Support the Product Owner to capture Customer needs to feed Application & Mission Profile (i.e. Application FMEA). - Support Design & Industrialization to reach Robustness & Reliability goals following quality fundamentals (DFSR, APQP...). - Lead Problems solving (Issue to Prevention) with effective Root Cause Analysis and ensure that corrective and preventive action prioritization in the backlogs. - Validate derogations with Supply Chain or request stop of production to the CS&Q manager. - Support the Offer Safety Officer in Offer Safety Process and Literature reviews. - Lead the application of Directives related to End-to-End
