Détail du poste ROLE AND DEPARTMENT Coty is one of the world's largest beauty companies with an iconic portfolio of brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skin care and body care. As part of the Global Media team, this role plays a critical part in translating Coty's global media strategy into high-impact, locally relevant executions for a portfolio of luxury, European-based brands. Reporting into the Global Media organization, the Global Senior Project Manager - Media acts as a strategic connector between Global Marketing, local markets, media agencies, licensors and key digital partners. The role has a direct impact on brand growth, media ROI and the consistency of Coty's media presence across channels and geographies. THE ROLE In this role you will be responsible for: - Supporting the development and implementation of the Global Media strategy across all platforms and designated brands. - Driving global media planning, activation and reporting of globally led media investments. - Owning and nurturing key relationships across media sectors and major digital players. - Partnering with Global Marketing teams to scale worldwide media investments and address market-level discrepancies. - Delivering against business objectives, ensuring optimal ROI and media effectiveness. - Leveraging strong expertise in advocacy, content and paid amplification models to build connected media ecosystems. - Analyzing campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics, including impact on DTC sales and consideration. - Continuously tracking performance against KPIs and identifying optimization opportunities. - Working closely with media agencies to understand the competitive landscape and key takeaways from PCAs. - Collaborating with Brand Marketing teams to ensure media is a clear contributor to brand growth. - Contributing to first-to-market innovations with digital partners. - Coordinating with centralized teams (Marketing, Digital, PR/Influencer, E-commerce, Consume
