Job description Join Akeneo's Education team and help build scalable learning experiences for customers and partners to master our product experience management (PXM) platform. Responsibilities: - Support the Education team in building learning solutions for customers, partners, and community members of Akeneo. - Improve the design and writing of our content by applying UX writing methodology and leveraging feedback from peers (global redesign of our onboarding paths and overall catalog maintenance projects). - Support redesign and rebranding efforts to deliver unified content experiences on internal and external content. - Design and write communication material and coordinate marketing actions (emailing, content tagging, communication materials) to improve customer and partner engagement. - Engage with the learner population to gather feedback to support continuous improvement of training content. - Maintain knowledge of new learning approaches, technology, and tools through continuous research to ensure our solutions deliver innovation.
