Les missions du poste About the Company Established in 2017, Infinite Orbits is a NewSpace company, based in Toulouse, pushing the boundaries of in-orbit services with cutting-edge spacecraft driven by its own Rendez-Vous solution, an advanced Autonomous Vision-Based Navigation Solution. IO has two generations of missions "Orbit Guard" provides Inspection and Space Situational Awareness services in GEO. Our first, OG-1 was launched on 1 May 2023, the second is launching in 2025 and the third third launching in 2026. "Endurance" is a docking service capable of extending the life of GEO telecom satellites, by taking over AOCS takeover for 5 years. The Flight Operations Engineer is to define and develop the operations concept and procedures for a Geo-orbit satellites providing space-based services such as Space Situational Awareness (SSA). Initially, the role will focus on transforming high-level Concepts of Operations (ConOps), subsystem specifications, and software/equipment documentation into a cohesive Flight Operations architecture. Over time, this position will evolve to include hands-on execution of flight operations once the satellite becomes operational. Job Description Phase 1 - Design & Definition: - Analyze mission-level Concepts of Operations (ConOps) and derive detailed Flight Operations concepts and requirements. - Define operational modes, sequences, and decision trees for nominal and off-nominal scenarios. - Interface with spacecraft subsystem teams (ADCS, thermal, propulsion, communications, etc.) to understand equipment capabilities, constraints, and telemetry/command interfaces. - Collaborate with ground segment, mission planning, and software teams to define required tools and interfaces. - Develop and document: - Operations Concepts (ConOps) - Flight Operations Manual (FOM) - Flight Operating Procedures (FOPs) - Contingency and anomaly response plans - Participate in system integration and test campaigns to validate operational concepts and proced
