Following our fast growth, we are looking for a Field Application Engineer to join our team. You will be working under the EMEA Customer Support Manager supervision, you will be responsible for assisting our customers from product qualification to their implementation as well as participating in the qualification and internal testing of new solutions. Responsibilities: - Provide before sales support: - Prepare and conduct onsite product demonstrations and customer tests, - Manage test and support equipment including product check, scheduling, - Assist sales team with technical inputs for bid answering, - Attending in dedicated Trade Shows and Conferences to support the Sales team. - After sales support: - Online support (Desk, Team-Viewer, mail, phone, etc), - On site assistance for installation and commissioning, - On site or remote customer training, - Manage and Follow equipment return for tests and repairs. - Other internal duties: - Technical document writing and reviewing (Documentation, Technical articles, test reports
