Détail du poste We're looking for a technical recruiter who is excited to level up how we hire software talent at Loft. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting process - from sourcing to offer - for roles within our Cockpit software and adjacent teams. You'll work closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies, drive alignment, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience, all while helping us raise the bar across process, quality, and speed. Must Haves: - 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Demonstrated strength in sourcing, including use of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques. - Proven success hiring mid-to-senior level software engineers and technical candidates. - Prior experience hiring across a range of software engineering roles-including backend, frontend, full stack, embedded software, and flight software engineers-as well as other specialties such as infrastructure, DevOps, and data engineering. - Strong understanding of software engineering roles, stacks, and terminology. - Experience recruiting globally, with a strong understanding of both the US and European software/tech ecosystems-including major players, emerging startups, and talent hubs-to inform and continuously refine sourcing strategies. - Ability to pitch Loft's mission and culture to high-caliber, passive candidates. - Skilled at building long-term relationships with candidates, even those not immediately ready to move. - Experience conducting interviews and managing candidate communication through the full lifecycle. - Proficiency with ATS tools (Lever preferred), including maintaining accurate and up-to-date pipelines. - Collaborative mindset and ability to align closely with both hiring managers and the internal recruiting team. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
