Additive Manufacturing: - Design and improvement of production methods based on 3D printing, including the integration of advanced materials. - Development of optimized solutions for the production of complex parts, considering the technical specifications of the projects. - Improvement of forming processes for the manufacturing of critical components, ensuring precision and quality. - Selection and qualification of surface materials to enhance performance, durability, and safety of aerospace components. Leading PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis): - Identify and anticipate potential process failures by analyzing risks and proposing corrective actions. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure procedures and methods meet the highest safety and quality standards.
