Your Mission You'll be the go-to recruiter for all things Go-To-Market (Marketing, Product, Operations, CS etc..) , owning the full hiring lifecycle and driving the growth of our revenue teams across Europe. You'll move fast, think strategically, and deliver results - around 25 hires per year, without ever compromising on quality. It is a rare opportunity to be a part of a Talent team reporting directly to the CEO , joining the Founding Talent Lead, among the first Talent Acquisition Managers as a permanent contract, in the team. You will work directly with the business leaders to shape the future of our organization. What you'll do: Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles - Product Designer, Product Manager, Growth, Brand, Operations, Customer Care, and more. Partner with Business Leaders to forecast needs, define profiles, and build winning teams. Build and manage a steady, high-quality pipeline of top sales talent. Leverage creative sourcing and employer branding to make us the go-to destination for ambitious professionals. Track and analyze recruiting data to continuously improve speed, quality, and conversion. Deliver a candidate experience that feels personal, fast, and world-class.
