Reporting to our Lead TA France, you will be the face of Malt for all early-career talent across France. You'll take full ownership of our intern and apprentice hiring cycles while building strong relationships with top-tier universities to ensure Malt remains a top-of-mind employer on campus. Key responsibilities - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all intern and apprentice roles across various departments (Tech, Sales, Marketing, etc.). - Source and engage diverse talent pools through LinkedIn, job boards, and creative outreach. - Coordinate and represent Malt at campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions. - Build and maintain strong partnerships with career centers at target universities and schools. - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every applicant feels valued and informed. - Optimize our employer branding for the interns/apprentices market through social media and local activations. - Analyze recruitment data to report on the health of our early-career pipeline. About you - Educational background ideally in Human Resources, Business, or Social Sciences, and looking for an apprenticeship of 1 or 2 years. - Job experience with a first internship or project experience in a
