What you'll do In this role you will be responsible for maintaining data in our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) ensuring compliance within our systems. Alongside this, you will support employees by monitoring, responding and where required assigning HR tickets to the appropriate contact. Specifically, you will be responsible for: - Creating and maintaining positions in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) - Managing Contractor and Employee records - Managing HR Tickets as tier 1 support and escalating as necessary - Assisting employees to resolve their HR questions - Data validation, including developing, implementing and running audits to ensure data integrity within Oracle - Maintaining and managing right to work validations and coordinating pre-employment background checks - Assisting with various projects related to onboarding, offboarding and employee data management - Provide exceptional service to our internal customers, including employees, HRBP's, IT, etc. - Other general administration tasks related to HR Operations and People Services What you'll need To be a strong fit for the opportunity, you should have: - +2 years of related expe
