About the job : We are looking for a Senior SAP Basis Administrator with at least 15 years of experience managing large-scale, complex SAP landscapes. The selected professional will take ownership of advanced technical activities, performance optimization, architectural improvements, and mentoring of junior team members, in coordination with cross-functional and international teams. Responsibilities: - Lead installations, patching, and upgrades of SAP environments. - Advanced HANA administration, including high availability and replication. - Monitor and optimize Oracle/HANA DB and SAP system performance. - Define and document SAP Basis standards and SOPs. - Conduct root cause analysis and handle major incident resolution. - Interface with SAP support and manage service requests (OSS notes, keys, etc.). - Propose and implement technical improvements and architecture enhancements. - Mentor junior administrators and participate in knowledge transfer processes. - Collaborate on system sizing, transport strategy, and change management. What we are looking for: - Minimum 15 years of SAP Basis and HANA administration experience. - Expertise with SAP products: ECC, BO, PI, Portal, SolMan, Fiori, GRC, IDM, etc. - 4+ years with Oracle databases; 2+ years with Linux OS. - Strong background in global SAP implementations and mission-critical systems. - Solid knowledge of SAP security and network infrastructure. - Experience with change management and SAP landscape governance.
