They are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help scale the business from €40M to €100M. Your missions: Reporting to the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, you will act as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Your role is to turn technical capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive commercial impact. - Positioning and Messaging: Define and evolve how the platform is positioned across different markets and geographies. Translate complex functionality into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with hospitality operators' real-world problems (productivity, cost reduction, compliance). - Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead end-to-end GTM execution for new products and features. Define launch plans, target audiences, and success metrics while ensuring strong alignment across Sales, Growth, and Customer Success. - Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with high-performance tools, including pitch decks, competitive battlecards, value propositions, and objection-handling frameworks to improve win rates across the funnel. - Market & Customer Insights: Develop a deep understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and the competitive
