Les missions du poste Bouygues Bâtiment Sud-Est has nearly 1,000 employees (70% supervisors/managers, 30% skilled workers) in three companies (France and Monaco) and operates through seven agencies in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur/Monaco and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regions. Main responsibilities: - Developing and implementing the HR strategy for BYCN and BBF, - Managing, recruiting, and supervising an HR team of 13 people (supervisors/managers), - Member of the BBSE Executive Committee and BBF HR Executive Committee, - Talent management, skills, career development, - Social dialogue, relations with employee representative bodies and staff representatives, - Supporting managerial transformation and strengthening the Group culture, - Operational HR management, - Structuring and monitoring performance indicators, - Change management and HR digitalization. This role involves a strong strategic, managerial, and social dimension with a dynamic HR team and challenges around talent and skills. The position is based in Lyon (France). Regular travel within the South-East region is to be expected. Required profile: Bilingual in french. You have a good command of HR fundamentals and significant operational HR experience. To carry out your duties successfully, you need strong natural leadership skills, the ability to confront issues head-on, and strategic vision. You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to bring people together, an understanding of business issues, and the ability to manage local HR issues and those of the BBF/BYCN/Group HR roadmap.
