Key responsibilities: - Analyzing, advising on, drafting documentation on complex French company/corporate law restructuring transactions and multi-jurisdiction restructuring transactions - Providing advice and information on company/corporate law and governance questions - Providing advice, setting up, managing of legal entities with all sorts of legal forms, Joint Ventures, associations, etc. - Supporting M&A activities and transactions - Coordinating legal advice/documents with all concerned stakeholders from all concerned functions at global and local level - Supervising/managing company/corporate legal work (annual compliance, standard transactions) About you Education: - French law degree, Master 2 in Business Law
