The Alan Precision Crew The crew was launched by the founding team of ARO, acquired by Alan in 2026, to move fast and apply their learnings from building a preventive health company. It is a lean 0-to-1 crew with the energy, autonomy, and pace of a startup, inside one of Europe's fastest-growing unicorns, with access to Alan's 1M+ members, its ecosystem (Mo, Play, Clinic), and its stack. Scope You'll work across the entire product surface as a full-stack generalist. The big areas: 1. AI as the strategist of your health. Members come to Precision with messy, multi-source data and one real question: "what should I actually do?". AI is how we answer it. It reads the member's biology, wearables, medical history, and lifestyle context together, surfaces what matters, generates personalised insights and action plans, and helps the member navigate their own health day
