Détail du poste Job ID: r20135 What You'll Do: At Criteo, we're not just crunching numbers - we're redefining how brands connect with their audiences. By joining the AI for Performance group, you'll become part of a global R&D organization of 1,000+ engineers, while working day to day in a small Product Engineering team (5-7 people). You'll sit at the intersection of machine learning, data, and product, helping us measure and predict the causal impact of our advertising, and directly influence how our products perform at scale. Your role at a glance : - Analyze the causal impact of Criteo's advertising campaigns using experiments, third-party data, and advanced measurement techniques - Develop machine learning models to predict causal impact and influence our bidding strategies - Design and build multi-stage data pipelines, processing terabytes of data every day - Contribute to tooling for A/B test analysis, ensuring accurate measurement of campaign and product performance - Collaborate closely with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to bring research into production - Actively contribute to a strong scientific and engineering culture, sharing best practices and new ideas Who You Are: - You hold a Master's degree or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field - You possess at least 5 years of experience as a ML Engineer or Data Scientist/ Researcher - You have hands-on development experience in at least one mainstream programming language (Python, Java, C++, etc.) - You are skilled in sourcing, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing large-scale datasets, ideally in a Hadoop-based environment - Experience with both classical and state-of-the-art machine learning techniques is a strong plus - You are fluent in English and comfortable working in international, multicultural teams - You are curious, rigorous, and motivated by problems w
