As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work on high-impact AI use cases across marketing, sales, and digital platforms. developing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions that create measurable business impact. You will combine strong hands-on technical depth (ML + GenAI) with clear ownership of delivery: shaping solution design, aligning stakeholders, ensuring engineering quality, and translating results into actions that scale. What You'll do - Understand and translate business and customer needs into data products that improve digital net sales, productivity, and customer experience. - Define success metrics and evaluation approaches; connect model outcomes to business decisions and measurable impact. - Analyze and understand data from multiple sources; design pragmatic data transformations and contribute to automated ETL/ELT processes in partnership with data engineering. - Apply critical thinking and state-of-the-art research to build robust solutions with measurable business value. - Design and implement end-to-end Data Science solutions using machine learning, statistical methods, and GenAI approaches (including agentic/multi-agent patterns where relevant). - Select appropriate modeling approaches, features, and evaluation strategies; iterate quickly while maintaining strong engineering practices. - Partner closely with other Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Architects, and developers to integrate models into production workflows and digital journeys. - Participated in the project planning, scope, and execution trade-offs; align timelines, dependencies, and milestones with stakeholders. - Drive technical design decisions and document them; proactively identify risks and escalate early to keep delivery on track. - Champion quality standards (testing, code review
