Détail du poste Start Date: May Location: Singapore - Field Based (Sephora Stores) Role Overview Caudalie is seeking a Sales & Education Executive to lead our field execution across all Sephora Singapore stores. This role is highly hands-on, retailfocused and key to ensuring Caudalie's excellence in-store. You will supervise the daytoday presence of the brand in Sephora, coordinate field activities, coach one Beauty Advisor, and ensure perfect execution of sales, education, merchandising, and customer experience. You will work closely with the regional Account Manager, who oversees the commercial relationship with Sephora - your mission is to bring the strategy to life on the shopfloor. Key Responsibilities 1. Retail Execution & Performance - Oversee Caudalie performance across all Sephora stores in Singapore to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs. - Deploy in-store actions to support launches, promotions, and key retail moments. - Proactively engage customers and deliver personalised skincare consultations. - Build positive, collaborative relationships with Sephora store teams and managers. 2. Training & Education - Deliver training sessions to Sephora Beauty Advisors (in-store and occasionally in classroom format). - Build strong product knowledge and selling confidence among Sephora staff. - Maintain consistent, high-quality brand messaging across the network. 3. Merchandising & Brand Image - Ensure perfect execution of visual merchandising across all Sephora locations. - Guarantee that displays are clean, organised, well-stocked, and aligned with Caudalie guidelines. - Coordinate tester replenishment, trade materials, and display maintenance. - Support the flawless rollout of new gondolas, updates, and retail animations. 4. Team Leadership & Coaching - Manage, support, and coach one Beauty Advisor. - Set weekly priorities, in-store missions, and follow-up on objectives. 5.
