We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee and ensure the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental performance during the commissioning stage of the project. This is a short-term assignment (6 months) with strong potential for extension or involvement in future projects within Ponticelli's portfolio. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage all HSE activities during the commissioning phase - Ensure full compliance with: - Belgian HSE regulations - Borealis HSE standards - Ponticelli internal procedures - Develop and implement commissioning-specific HSE plans and risk assessments - Supervise and coordinate site HSE team and contractors - Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions - Monitor high-risk activities (SIMOPS, energization, testing, confined spaces, lifting operations, etc.) - Lead incident investigations and r
