Détail du poste Within the Global Operations (COO) function, the Performance and Productivity department manages and enhances the financial and performance management processes of Operations. This includes strategic financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making and improve global Operations performance. The unit supports the organization's success by maintaining financial stability, identifying efficiency opportunities, and delivering insights that drive the accomplishment of strategic objectives. Its scope covers the global COO across more than 50 business units and all Lines of Business (LoB), encompassing approximately 17,000 full-time equivalents (FTE). What you do As an Ops Performance and Productivity Project Manager, you will report to Performance and Productivity Lead Central at Allianz Partners. You will drive and support various topics around financial and non-financial reporting, planning, forecasting, analysis as well as business cases, transformation projects, management requests and other ad-hoc tasks for the executive & senior management of Allianz Partners COO and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for: - Support coordinating the regular reporting, planning, and forecasting of Operations productivity & performance across all business units and lines of business. - Driving and contributing to the development, implementation, harmonization, optimization, and automation of global Performance and Productivity Team tools and procedures following a global approach with regional & local shaping (e.g., Power BI-based forecasting). - Collaborating with other functions (within and outside COO) on data initiatives, especially regarding cross-functional interfaces and dependencies (e.g., early warning system with Underwriting & Transformation Office). - Reviewing & documenting the global Ops Finance & Non-Finance data model/architecture and contributing to a streamlined dataset. - Teaching & training colleagues on to
