Our platform enables brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of creators at scale, manage and analyze their campaigns, and handle creator payments. Since launching in October 2016, the company has experienced strong growth and continues to scale. Our team of 100+ people is international and expanding, with offices in NYC, Lyon, Madrid, and Mexico City. What we expect from you As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will support the growth of inbound traffic across all acquisition channels. You will work under the Inbound Manager and alongside the growth team to execute, monitor, and optimize acquisition initiatives. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with a strong learning curve. You will be involved in campaign execution, performance analysis, and testing across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include: - CRO & funnel improvements: Track key metrics (clicks, CPC, CTR, conversions) and contribute to performance optimisation. Assist the implementation of CRO strategies to enhance landing pages, improve website user experience, and increase lead generation effectiveness. - Paid Acquisition (Agency Management): Assist in coordinating external agencies across Paid Ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube), track performance, and contribute to campaign optimization - Organic & SEO: Support SEO and GEO initiatives to strengthen organic visibility, drive qualified website traffic, and improve search rankings across both traditional search engines and emerging discovery platforms - Technical & Growth Support: Use tools, including AI, and automation to improve workflows, and contribute to productizing acquisition on the website (interactive flows, embedded tools, conversion-driven UX) B
