THE ROLE The Group IT Performance Manager is responsible for defining and implementing the global IT performance framework across the IT organizations - CMA CGM, CEVA & other subsidiaries. This role ensures alignment between IT strategy and business objectives by establishing robust IT performance measurement KPIs, reporting mechanisms and related governance. This role reports the Group Head of IT Performance Management in the CIO Office. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? 1. Define the Group-wide IT performance management framework shared with the IT leaders from all the organizations Define and implement KPIs aligned with corporate and IT strategic objectives by leveraging industry benchmarks (e.g., Gartner), engaging with IT and business leadership, and conducting targeted surveys. In particular, define IT service performance indicators (SLAs, availability, quality) Ensure alignment between IT operations and business expectations. Translate technical metrics
