Mission To manage the Operations, Logistics, Transshipment, Cargo Operations and M&R departments throughout the Indian Ocean Cluster, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance with CMA CGM standards. Key Role Characteristics Fully accountable, in close coordination with the respective Country General Managers, for: Vessel Operations Logistics and M&R Transshipments Cargo Operations To drive process improvement across Operations, Logistics, Transshipment and Cargo Operations by continuously enhancing tools, methods and systems through Process Excellence principles. Team & Stakeholder Management Fully accountable for the management of Operations & Logistics teams across all countries of the Cluster.
