Your Missions We're hiring a People Ops Specialist for a 6-month mission to help us run and stabilize our HR operations across Europe This is a hands-on role. You will take ownership of core international People processes (payroll, admin, onboarding) and make sure everything is clean, reliable, and scalable. Electra is growing fast (300 people across 9 countries, where you'll support 140+ across 8 geographies) and counting! We need someone who can step in quickly and make things work.
