Within Egis, the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Service Line is dedicated to the operation, maintenance and performance optimisation of complex infrastructures, particularly in airport, rail, road and mobility environments. O&M teams ensure safe, reliable, compliant and high-performing operations, while continuously improving processes, service quality and operational efficiency throughout the lifecycle of each site. Quality is a core pillar of the QHSE approach within O&M, supporting operational consistency, compliance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across all sites. As part of strengthening quality management and harmonising practices across its operational sites, Egis O&M is pursuing a continuous improvement approach to enhance its QHSE Quality processes and frameworks. The objective is to structure, improve and standardise the quality-related processes, tools, templates and guidelines that support the mobilisation, structuring and daytoday operation of O&M and concession sites, ensuring consistent and efficient quality management. This work covers the full scope of QHSE processes, from site mobilisation to operations, and applies across a wide range of O&M activities (airports, rail, road and mobility).
