Overview We are seeking a dynamic Application Manager to lead the management and optimization of our Supply Chain solutions and Business-to-Business (B2B) Portal, in an international environment (80 countries, 11000 employees). Reporting to the Solutions Manager (D&D&Tech Department), you will ensure these systems operate seamlessly, align with business objectives, and drive growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and support digital transformation through innovative Supply Chain and B2B technologies. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Solutions Management - Manage and optimize Supply Chain tools to ensure operational efficiency, including both build and run activities. - Oversee integration and maintenance of tools like Transporeon, SAP ePPDS, and SAP PP, ensuring interoperability with enterprise systems. - Collaborate with Supply Chain teams (procurement, logistics, operations) to address pain points and implement solutions. - Lead and support projects to enhance processes like demand forecasting and transportation optimization, delivering on time and within budget. - Monitor KPIs, using analytics to drive continuous improvement. - Provide training to maximize tool adoption and effectiveness. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including data security and traceability.
