To support our continued growth, we are currently looking for passionate people ready to make a difference in the following open position: R&D Process Excellence Engineer F/M/X (Development Improvement Engineer). This position is based in our Headquarters based in Lyon (7e) and reports to the R&D and Capabilities Director. MISSION : - Lead cross-functional working groups to define and implement improvements in the development process and design methodologies. - Analyze current development activities and tools to improve their usage and efficiency. - Train teams on development processes and activities. - Support project teams in implementing the development process. - Evaluate the efficiency of development process application through audits, design reviews, etc. - Contribute to mapping and improving the development workflow. - Guide teams on how to improve their ways of working an
