This position is based in our Headquarters based in Lyon (7e) and reports to the R&D and Capabilities Director. MISSION : - Lead cross-functional working groups to define and implement improvements in the development process and design methodologies. - Analyze current development activities and tools to improve their usage and efficiency. - Train teams on development processes and activities. - Support project teams in implementing the development process. - Evaluate the efficiency of development process application through audits, design reviews, etc. - Contribute to mapping and improving the development workflow. - Guide teams on how to improve their ways of working an
