Your Role As a Global Business Process Excellence Expert - Air & Ocean, you drive the improvement, standardization and digitalization of operational processes on a global scale. Reporting to the Air & Ocean Transverse division, you operate within a complex and highly system-driven international environment, aiming to optimize business flows, ensure alignment between processes and IT systems, and enhance overall operational performance. You play a key role at the interface between Operations, Performance and Information Systems, ensuring that global process standards are fully aligned with digital tools and Group IT frameworks. Your Main Responsibilities * Map, analyze and optimize business processes related to Air & Ocean activities, fully integrating their systems and IT dimension. * Ensure alignment between operational processes and IT solutions (ERP, operational systems, digital platforms). * Identify regional gaps and lead global standardization initiatives in coordination with existing system architectures. * Collab
