We are looking for a motivated individual to join the Product Managers team and contribute to the international growth of Worldline's Contact offering. Worldline Contact is a CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solution that enables businesses to manage and optimize their customer relationships across omnichannel voice, chat, email, AI assistants, callbots, instant messaging, WhatsApp, and more. Your mission as a Product Manager will be to strengthen our solution's market position and actively participate in its strategic evolution.
