In a regulated environment, rapidly evolving with eIDAS 2.0, digital identity, trust services, AI, and cybersecurity, the Legal team plays a key role in the company's growth, protection, and structuring. In this context, Yousign is looking for a Head of Legal to take responsibility for the legal team and support the business, product, tech, finance, and people teams in their day-to-day challenges as well as their major structural projects. Mission : The Head of Legal will be responsible for about Yousign's legal function on a day-to-day basis, with both a strategic and highly operational approach. It will be expected to secure business activities, accelerate commercial growth, support product and regulatory developments, and leverage AI to continuously increase the team's productivity. We are ideally looking for someone with a business-oriented, hands-on lawyer, fluent in French and English, with management experience, capable of directly handling complex matters while structuring processes, prioritizing requests, and providing pragmatic answers to internal teams. The Head of Legal will be a member of Yousign's leadership team and will take part in key company decisions. Management : The Head of Legal will manage a team composed of 2 "contracts" lawyers, 1 "regulatory/product" lawyer, and an apprentice, positioning themselves as a close business and product partner with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach. Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Legal will work in close partnership with the Sales, Customer Success, Product, Tech, Security & Compliance, Finance, and People teams. Main Responsibilities : 1.
