Détail du poste Field Sales Representative (M/F) On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Field Sales Representative who will play a key role in driving business growth within their assigned territory. The role covers the full sales cycle, from prospecting to client retention, with a direct impact on revenue growth. The successful candidate will work closely with regional management and operations teams to ensure the proper delivery of services sold. Key Responsibilities The role is structured around four main areas: 1. Business Development The Field Sales Representative identifies and targets new clients across key segments (construction, events, industry). They actively build and develop a client portfolio through regular field and phone-based prospecting. 2. Sales Cycle Management They assess client needs, conduct site visits, propose tailored solutions, and prepare commercial offers. They negotiate terms and secure contract agreements. 3. Client Follow-up and Retention They oversee service delivery, maintain strong client relationships, and anticipate future needs. They handle any commercial issues and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. 4. Internal Coordination and Reporting They keep the CRM up to date, share relevant information with internal teams, and report on activity and performance to management. Work Environment This role requires a strong field presence, with frequent travel to client sites. The Field Sales Representative works with a high level of autonomy while aligning with objectives set by management. They are supported by digital tools (CRM) and dedicated resources (company car, IT equipment).
