Explore your future career Field Marketing is in charge of generating demand through different types of activities, to boost new logo acquisition, but also account development - in most of the countries where malt does business. - New logo acquisition : through 1to1 meetings, digital campaigns and events - Client accounts development: through events, ABM campaigns Empower sales teams with the right information and tools to leverage the campaign as much as we can. Key responsibilities As a Field Marketing Apprentice, you will support our Managers across Europe in their daily operations and play a pivotal role in our growth: - Lead Management: Handle the lead queue, enrich data, and ensure seamless handovers to Sales for accurate follow-up. You'll also manage lead lists post-events or content syndication. - Operations & CRM: Create workflows and reports in Salesforce to track performance. - Logistics & Provider Management: Coordinate with external partners (goodies, printers, event organizers, booth designers). - Internal Communication: Maintain our Notion pages, design presentation slides, and keep the global marketing agenda up to date. - Cross-team Collaboration: Partner with the Brand team (briefs for visuals), Website team (landing pages), and Ops team (workflow automation). - Campaign Support: Set up SF/HubS
