Détail du poste Energy Renovation Advisor / Project Manager (M/F) As part of its growth, a leading company specialized in energy renovation and ecological transition is looking for an Energy Renovation Advisor / Project Manager to join its dynamic team based in Annecy, a region strongly committed to energy performance and sustainable building practices. Main Responsibilities: - Support private clients, co-ownerships, and businesses in their energy renovation projects - from the initial technical visit to the completion of works. - Conduct energy audits, diagnostics, and propose technical improvement solutions. - Prepare quotations, technical files, and project schedules in collaboration with design offices and partner contractors. - Coordinate all project stages (technical, administrative, financial) to ensure client satisfaction. - Advise clients on available financial aids and subsidies (e.g. MaPrimeRénov', CEE, etc.) and assist them with the necessary procedures. - Monitor construction sites and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools and methods related to energy renovation. Profile Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Building Engineering, Energy Systems, or Thermal Engineering. - Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (energy renovation, project management, design office, or AMO). - Strong knowledge of thermal performance, insulation, heating, ventilation, and building envelope systems. - Excellent communication and client relationship skills; ability to explain technical topics clearly. - Organized, autonomous, and hands-on approach with a strong team spirit. - Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of thermal calculation software (ClimaWin, Pléiades, etc.) is an asset.
